“ My first experience at melt was wonderful. I got the meatloaf sandwhich because I wanted to try something different. We got seated within 20minutes of arriving and were given drinks very quickly. I will be back as I travel to huntsville often visiting my brother and his family. #8robinsonsTV ”

The menu has some truly unique items and they manage to put just about anything in a melt sandwich, such as Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese, Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes in a melt. They also have great fries and my personal favorite tater tots. I can't say enough about the strawberry Fields salad. Toss on some grilled chicken and call your stomach happy. They do offer a kids menu so bring the family. The only negative I can offer is the parking. Melt is located in downtown Huntsville with only street parking. You'll need a good meal after fighting that battle. There is a parking deck a block away if needed. Highly recommend stopping by this restaurant. Bring friends, sit back, and enjoy a relaxing and very pleasant experience. ”
“ Just moved to Huntsville, AL and we stopped here for lunch. What a cute place! Very trendy atmosphere with outdoor games and seating, plus indoor tables and a bar as well. Our server was amazing, and answered questions we had about the area...and our entire meal experience was exceptional. I had the Strawberry Fields salad, and it might be the best salad I have ever had! Seriously! I also had the Tomato Basil soup with Rosemary oil drizzled on top, and it was superb as well. My hubby's burger was perfect and juicy, and our friend's Ragin' Cajun sandwich was a hit as well. We will definitely add this to our favorite places list! Highly recommend! ”

From my experience it wasn't a long wait to get seated, staff was excellent, the ambience was great even on a busy weekend evening, full house but not annoyingly loud. There's also bar area and outdoor seating to choose. The Absolut Espresso Martini was (would recommend for coffee lovers)! Good food, good atmosphere, great staff, 5/5. ”
“ Great spot to eat when you are in Huntsville. Love the atmosphere and setup. There is a bar that opens to the outside along with several outdoor tables and games. Inside are table games while you wait for food. Loved the space lunch boxes holding silverware and napkins tying into the local space center. Everyone loved the food and are making plans to come back before we leave. Highly recommend. ”
“ Delicious food to be had here! Tried a couple different sandwiches and all were delicious! Bread tasted fresh and perfectly toasted! Fries and tater tots were also hot and perfectly crispy! Tomato soup was also very creamy and delicious! Servers were all very friendly and restaurant was very clean and spacious. We brought u our whole family with two small kids, and it was just perfect!! ”
“ The Melt is a great place to eat. The food is amazing and our service was fast and orders were correct. We had a big group, and Alex did a great job. The only downfall is parking. We had to park around the block in the garage. It is free for two hours but a walk in cold or rain. ”
